Nedbank complaint

Since my card is blocked still not working and I didn't get the explanation I don't know if you just don't want me to use your bank or what this is bad treatment to customers I'm not happy at all I even have the funeral cover with your bank now I lost my money because I can access my card and my profile is suspended
