Nedbank Complain

Nedbank listed me under SAFPS on 23 April 2012, according to Nedbank they say i app**** for personal loan using fabricated STD bank statements, i tried to dispute this with SAFPS more than three times and i couldn't win coz the say the signatures on the loan application is mine, i tried to explain to what happened but they couldnt remove me from the system and its now nine years and some months, my worry is everytime i apply for anything with the bank, i got declined coz of this listing.
