Nedbank commitment to there clients

We open a account with Nedbank to use money oversees. we where promised that the Nedbank app download on your phone will keep you up to date with balances available on your trip. THAT NEVER HAPPEN!!!!!!!!! We spend hour on the phone before leaving the see the amount on the phone we can open the app but amount show 0000. We phone go to the branch been promise been promised the sun moon and all the stars even got a reverence no (by the way that means nothing at all). The most famous answer is we will call you back. It is more than 2 weeks now and the amount of calls, you cant describe NOT 1. Please don't believe Nedbank 2. We can't complain about there service THERE WAS NONE!!!!!!! 3. Been promised this wonderful product that was so great. (Maybe is is great) but never experience it.
