The worst bank- regret signing my home loan with them. They have no processes in place to assist clients who fall in arrears. No skip payment or grace period options. Nedbank collections took me whole salary without my consent- they claim they can because I failed to stick to arrangement. No empathy as they refuse to reimburse the money or a portion. Thus leaving a family with no means to survive this month.
