Nedbank collection

NEDBANK collection department did a duplicate debt order after i have made new arrangements for my personal loan, now i have debt order bouncing due to their error as they have to escalate first before reimbur*****t, that is a financial impact on me but they don't seem to care about the impact it has on client aslong as they have the payments.i would not recommend anyone to take a loan with Nedbank
