Nedbank Collection Consultants are Manipulating Tormentors!

I have had a loan with Nedbank for so many years and battled to pay it. I am now under Debt Review and they continue to phone, sms, harass me almost every single day with threats and Lawyers and Sherrif of the Court threats. They get R100 more per month than what I used to pay them. I'm sure it is ******* to harass someone when they are under Debt Review. The continued emotional and mental harassment is just too much. Then they say today, they don't deal with the Debt Counselling company, I must send them documents. I asked then how did they make the arrangements almost 3 years ago. When I said that Nedbank is getting more than I used to pay, the "consultant" was so rude and denied any agreement and says "Well you say this so let's just leave it as this". Now I'm left feeling up in the air again! After dealing with recent trauma, I feel like these people are going to push me to the edge of coping! Surely this is not how you treat a human being who is just trying to get their life together by going onto Debt Review??? This is abuse!
