nedbank clueless about Ecobank partnership. completely utterly clueless about this feature that I got an interview with a consultant regarding it weeks ago.

I have no idea why Nedbank staff are so clueless when it comes to their products. like really clueless and it's so irritating, what a waste of time going through the branch and speaking with clueless employees then call the call centre and they along with their managers are as clueless as the rest of everyone. I am literally disappointed at the kind of HR or product training that nedbank is lacking of for its entire organization. completely irritated that I would not be assisted and instead I was turned into a mindless insane client.
