Nedbank Club Account

The way it gets so frustrating when it comes to being assisted with a Nedbank Club Account. The employees have attitude the moment they hear “Club Account”. We have went to Kenilworth Branch with no assistance. Opted for Canal Walk Branch. Today is our second time being here still no assistance. There is one banker to do a FICA registration for the whole branch. Is this even possible? Our account is currently blocked and nothing can be done. It’s so frustrating what we have been enduring for the past month.

Now we forced to make a fourth appointment if that will help as it seems even appointments are not available working.

We as a Club are even close to moving away from Nedbank.
