NEDBANK CLOWNS *******ed my Credit Score and messed up a simple loan application

NEDBANK is one of the most useless banks under this sun. I discourage anyone from using their services. On 17 September 2020, I received a personal loan offer from the Nedbank Money App to the amount of R300 000 at an interest rate of 11.25%. After completing the application and while busy with the section relating to the credit life, their app informed me that a representative will contact me about the loan. When I didn't receive the promised call, I phoned them to enquire about the loan. Then the NIGHTMARE started. After 38 calls to and fro, totalling a whopping 198 minutes ! I remained unhelped because they couldn't find the original application and they have subsequently completed multiple personal loan applications in my name - none of which I consented to - I was under the impression they were resolving the initial request. So today - two full weeks later - I still don't have a cent, loan is still not processed, a higher interest rate was offered to me - and these multiple loans on my name have impacted my credit score negatively !!! Meaning I cant go anywhere else to apply for the loan. And I might actually lose the offer to purchase offer that I signed two weeks ago. And will probably have to pay the lawyers penalty fees !!!
