Nedbank closes Account with out informing me

Good day Can u Please help me? I had a Ned bank account that was closed with out informing me. I had a pay out from a Sanlam Investment to this account. because this account is closed Ned bank can not inform me where this money is. They told me to wait is will be reversed. but this is 3 weeks ago. To date I can not get any information from Ned bank where the money is or when it will be reversed to Sanlam.
