NEDBANK CLOSED MY BUSINESS

i am a small business owner or rather say I was ones an owner. I opened a business account with Nedbank online then i was given a banker at the Bloemfontein Loch Logan mall . He took over in assisting me with the account to a point where ha had said the account is good for operation or transactions. I then had a client who needed to deposit cash and i gave her my business account details, she made the deposit from her bank but it never cleared on my side and I contacted my banker he said he will check it out he then told me that the account did not have this other number linked to it as a business account but still I never got my money and he never bothered to check where my money went to in Nedbank instead he came back telling me that my client *****ulently made the deposit besides that this clients banker even contacted me regarding the matter but my banker was not helping out it has been close to 18months and I am out of business as this was my first client and I had to give her the stock without receiving the money . NEDBANK literally closed down my business.
