Nedbank - Closed Account Not Closed - Poor Service

I closed my Private Banking account on 24/02/2023 and was told by the (very arrogant) staff member at Bedfordview Branch that the account was closed and my profile deleted. Balance at time of closing was R0.00. I closed the account because of poor service.

However, I kept receiving reminders that my banking fees are due. I recently received a notification that the balance of R407.29 was WRITTEN OFF. My assumption is that this was for banking costs AFTER closing the account.

Is this how Nedbank treat all their customers? I find this unacceptable and will discourage all my friends and colleagues from ever opening a Nedbank account.
