Nedbank Close my current account

I am very unhappy with Nedbank I was a loyal client of Nedbank for years, but I had to leave due to personal circumstances and going under debt review. I have repaid my loans to Nedbank, we just have one account for my husband remaining which we are paying.

There is a current account I have with Nedbank and for some reason it is still not closed as I am apparently owing +- R50.00 I have countless times asked Nedbank to close this account with no luck. I have also deposited money into the account for this account, but it is still not closed. Please assist.
