Nedbank Client Service - What a laugh.

I took time off work to go to the bank to reset my account as I was told to do. The pin number was reset, not the password. I still cannot access my account. Nedbank's client assistance is atrocious. Never will I recommend Nedbank. By hook or by ***** I will pay my credit card off, close my account and never have to deal with such incompetence again.
