Nedbank Client Service - Northgate

I was having an issue with my internet banking , went to various Nedbank branches , escalated the issue via telephone and couldn't get any help . Quiet frustrating as it was almost weeks without getting any help , for that I would give Nedbank a 1 star rating . Just as I was thinking of changing my bank . I decided to go to Nedbank Northgate as my last resort to get assistance , Yonela Mbelu attended to my query . He was able to assist me greatly with my query where he escalated the issue and made sure he followed up on my case until the issue was resolved . For that I give Yonela Mbelu a 5 star rating for excellent client services . I didnt even have to go back to the branch for the issue to be resolved . Wish all the client services people at Nedbank would be like Yonela ,Nedbank would have a very good rating . We need more people like him around . Thanks Yonela for your great assistance .
