Nedbank Client - Credit card machine rules

Dear Merchant Division Since when do you allow your clients to only allow minimum purchases via your credit/debit card machines. I recently visited a client of yours, 'Isipingo Island Hotel', based in Durban who did not want to process my transaction of R48 because it apparently didn't meet their minimum swipe amount of R50. This is just ridiculous and very unprofessional. I trust this will be investigated and feedback provided. The store even has a sign on the wall saying no transaction under R50.
