Nedbank client contact centre poor service

Nedbank client contact centre service is not up to standard ,there seems to be a dont care attitude emails remain unanswered and a challenge to get through by cell.It is very difficuly to get information .Complaints on this platform remain unattended ,it shows the banks commitment towards customer service.
