Nedbank Client Complaints Helpline Waste of time and CARE, Don't Bother using Nedbank ever

So after more that a month after phoning Nedbank Client Complaints Helpline on ***, giving my complaint for 26 mins in details. Then I resolving this with a lot of fights myself with other people in Nedbank, Im still waiting for a reference for my logger call and any or resolution from Nedbank Client Complaints Helpline, So why are you there. NO HELP NO CARE!!!!!~!!!!!!!!!!!
