To whom it may concern. I had to pay our bond urgently as something went wrong and the debit order did not go through.(End of June 2021) I did try the weekend and could not get it done. I was on the phone with different Nedbank consultants , and all did their part but in the end I was transferred to a youngman MXOLISI, who was so patient and helpful. He really walked the extra mile and even phoned back to make sure that I got my business done. In all the years I have been a Nedbank client I was never disappointed with any of your personnel, and was always treated well.
