Nedbank Clearwater Account Suspended

Very bad very bad Service. Been with nedbank for almost 10 years and they treat me like trash. Went to Nedbank Clearwater to update FICA as i had moved houses. The consultant forgot to make a copy of my permit, they called me a few days later but i couldn't get there due to other commitments. I received an sms stating that my account is going to blocked as I didn't submit my permit. I sent them proof that i was in a process of renewing my permit and they told me that its not accepted.?? I have friends who bank with other institutions and have been in similar situations and their accounts not suspended. As a law abiding foreign citizen i feel like nedbank is prompting me to do ******** activities in order to survive as i wont be able access my funds. How will i survive??????? Nedbank unsuspend my account.
