Nedbank - Claims approved conditionally

Claim number : C ********** 52075 Leaking roof, which affected my ceiling.

I logged a claim on the 6th of Nov 2016, and the appointed contractor/assessor came to my home for assessment on the 10th. what i am dissatisfied about is the following:

1. The claim consultant - tells me that she was going to call me tomorrow (22/11/2016) for a feedback, ONLY when i called to enquire progress. and that she can only approve my claim once i fix MY ROOF. why did i Log the claim in the first place? Why was i not told when i logged the claim that my claims cans only be approved conditionally (not even on the contract)?

I believe i am an isolated case, where the majority of leaking roof claims are approved, i would like a proof that my claims are not conditional.

2. There has been a number of rainy condition after the contractor's visits, where one could see water flowing on the wall due to the leaks, which could have resulted in more damages.

3. No email/telephone call as a feedback, until i make my equiries.

I DON'T WANT TO BE CONTACTED BY THE SAME CLAIMS CONSULTED............. MY DETAILS ARE ON MY CLAIM
