Nedbank claim number

Nedbank Homeloans Household insurance I submitted a claim on the 18 /08/23 as my house was vandalised and geyser and pipes ******. Water has been running since that day and has destroyed the alarm system. When I call I am being sent from pillar to post since then. The roof where they entered remains wide open. I have sent numerous emails to Zanele Ndlovu whom I was told was handling the claim and to the insurance email with no response.
