Nedbank claim being ignored

I have put in a claim at Nedbank for my home insurance. My roof beams in my garage broke. I saw that in the beginning of December 2020 and i put a claim in at Nedbank. They send someone to my house to asses the damage. That was in December and at a later stage they send someone else out. That was also more than a month ago. I have not heard anything from them and it looks like my claim is just being ignored now. Thank you. Herman ***
