Nedbank Cheque account horrors

Hi if there is anyone willing to listen or read there in Nedbank. I have been unemployed since 2018. The week I finished work was the week I went to the Nedbank Boksburg branch where I opened my cheque account I was advised by the agent there that they only open accounts and that I will have to call head office.So I called Nedbanks head office being shoved from pillar to post and eventually talking to some one there I was advised to go back to a branch.So after all this frustration I left everything as Nedbank only opens accounts they don't close them.Afterwards then I started getting threatening calls and messages from various lawyers saying they are working for Nedbank and they are sending the sherif to my house to take my possessions.after so many years no one at Nedbank wanted to listen to or doe what I have been requesting them and still having to deal will all this rudeness and harassment is realy stressful All I want is for nedbank to close their account and stop harrowing me that's all..
