Nedbank CHeats

I received a call on yesterday from Nedbank Credit Collection Department,Informing me that my cash send voucher was successful and the money was collected by a lady that was behind me at the ATM,Sable Square in Capetown.Mr Jasline Deklek from Nedbank HAD WATCHED THE FOOTAGE and informed me that the bank is not responsible. I should go look for this strange woman who collected my money.I have never been ****** the ATM registered NO REIPTS, twice and i Logged the case on the 26/08/23.
