Nedbank chat useless.

Neither the chat function on the app , nor on the webpage has been functioning for the past 2 days. On the app I either get disconnected before the agent can answer, or it doesn't show that I am logged in and then the agent doesn't want to help. No one knows how to chat on the webpage. PLEASE I NEED TO SPEAK TO A CONSULTANT.
