Nedbank chat bad service

Nedbank chat service is the worst. Just this morning I asked to be provided with a proof of my account. I was being assisted by Vuyokazi. She kept on insisting that I process the letter via the app even when I informed her that I had attempted to do so without luck. I spent quite some time with her going back and forth unnecessarily until she stopped answering my questions. She did not even offer to send the confirmation. She could not even confirm that they are not allowed to do so.

Some of her questions were also a bit rude. This is not the first time I have a run in with this attitude from Nedbank chat services.

If there was an option not to give a star, I would gladly opt for it.
