I have been banking with Nedbank since 1985, and last week CHARMAINE BEYLEVELD gave me the best service Ive ever received from Nedbank. Although she is in the retentions department, she went the extra mile for me, gave me information regarding my accounts which went WAY beyond the call of duty. She is an excellent example of what GREAT SERVICE looks like. I highly commend her for her passion and dedication, and for the brilliant service she offered me. I have had better service from her than from any personal banker etc in all the years Ive been banking with Nedbank. NEDBANK you have a STAR in your midst!!
