Nedbank charging Honouring fees and unreliable

<p>i have been charged 2 honouring fees for transactions that i received an sms for. nedbank sent an sms to tell me my available balance of which i did more transactions based on the information they gave. now 5 days later they tell me charge honouring fees for that. i am disgusted by the level of service given by this bank, last week i wasted my airtime and time talking to them and had promised me that they will log a dispute, even today i am still waiting for that communication. instead they want me to make an arrange of how am i gonna pay for the mess in my account. To top it all, i received a phone from the collections department, they want to collect their money, i informed the lady that i have a dispute with my account, but the lady couldnt help me or give me direction with my dispute because it's not her job, how amazing! </p>
