Nedbank charging for cards

On 14 January I went to the ATM at 7am. I inserted my card to make a cash deposit and half way through my transaction the ATM rebooted itself. After waiting for 10min for it to come back online, the security guard recommended I wait for the card to be ejected. When it finally came back on my card was not released. I called the bank cancelled the old card and was told a replacement card would be ready in 3-4 days. A few days later I went to the bank to collect my new card and thought it was all sorted. Surprise surprise after checking my statement today it turns out Nedbank has charged me R135 for a new card. first of all the fact that the machine swallowed my card is not my fault, the cashier never informed me there would be a fee involved and I did I receive a notification of a debit. So Nedbank charges you hoping you wont notice. Bunch of ****.
