Nedbank charging collection fees for picking up a card at the branch

I opened a Nedbank pay as you use account. I chose to have the card picked up from my nearest branch which is the Atrium. When I signed up for the card they said that the card delivery is free as long as I pick it up from a branch. After I picked it up from the branch I noticed a R160 card delivery fee. I notified the branch the next day and they basically said that I have to contact nedbank card division at my own cost and sort it out on my own. The staff are extremely rude and incompetant. Either refund the delivery fee or I will cut up your card.
