Nedbank charges on a wrong account

Im a Nedbank client. In August 2024 i went to Nedbank branch at Evaton Mall Vaal to downgrade my account from cheque to Pay as you use Account. They even gave me a new debit card but since then Im still charged Maintenance fee of R99.00 and Greenbacks linkage Fee of R30.00 every month these charges are for Cheque Account not Pay as you use Account. I have tried numerous times to reach out to Nedbank branch and their center with no help or explanation why I'm being charged so much for Pay as you Account. Im angry and disappointed with Nedbank. Their agents can't even explain to me why Im getting charged so much very month? the only thing they can do is to login a ticket for investigation but that doesn't help at all because Im being charged every month. This unfair for such a reputable company to that to their clients. I have been their client for more than 15 years now. Im very disappointed with Nedbank
