Nedbank charges ******* and *************

My balance at Nedbank was @R6000 and with th recovery Team, i have been paying loyally for years until I was retrenched, having found some work and advising nedbank that I was unemployed. NEDBANK, I have since started paying Nedback from Oct /Nov 2019 until current however instead of my balance being R3000 my account was moved to a House Morgage with a balance of R18000.
