NEDBANK CHARGES FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED

The business has a merchant account with Nedbank for credit card facilities.

We cancelled the account after MONTHS of requesting our business portfolio manager contact us regarding excessively high fees. Switching over to another provider.

We are still being billed these high fees by NEDBANK- even though the account has been cancelled. And NO ONE gets back to us with a solution or appropriate person to contact regardless of numerous calls to the call centre.
