Nedbank ***** Charges

I've been charged fees for internal transfers and finance charges of which these are free as per the banks 2021 credit card fees chart. I've escalated the issue for almost a month. No feedback and the agents including the team leaders are not helpful.

I've spoken to Sam who escalated the issue to her TL Philane, who passed the case to Sithembiso who was rude. After I called again Mpumie handled the call and passed me over to Sithembiso once more who dropped the line on me. Tried using their chat service with no resolution.
