Nedbank charges

My son has a Nedbank4Me account as he is a minor. Apparently there are limited fees on this account. My son went into 9 rand overdraft and the same vendor tried to put though a transaction for about 70 rand multiple times. Nedbank were happy to charge 6 insufficient fund charges of 8.50 rand for the same vendor essentially charging over 50 rand for an insufficient fund alert. When I called them essentially the message is that it's my problem not Nedbank's. I work in the finance industry so pretty disgusted with how a financial institution makes money, especially from a minor.
