Nedbank charged interest for an unavailable card.

I have app**** for Nedbank credit account, I want approved in February 2021. Now it's Ending of May 2021 I have not received the card but there's money that I have to pay. Why I'm charged interest for the account that I never use. I don't want the card anymore.
