nedbank changes debit with no authorization takes money not due

nedbank recently took money out of my wifes account

they changed her debit to the 12th

all the while her is the 25th

nedbank this is ********* a debit date agreed to is not to be changed when you feel like

you will put that money back into her account you had no right to take it before the agreed date
