Nedbank changed my debit order date without notifying me, causing problems

Nedbank changed my debit order date, out of their own, without notifying me, from the 4th of the month to the 25th of the previous month. Then I already had to phone them to change it to a later date because the 25th is BEFORE I even get my salary. So, they changed it to the last day of the month.

So, I had a reminder in my diary for the 1st of every month to pay over an amount from my Standard Bank account to my Nedbank MiGoals, so that there would be enough money for the shortfall between my Homeloan account and my MiGoals account. But I forgot to change my reminder in my diary to the previous month, so what happened end of August is that there was a shortfall on my account. When I got the SMS from Nedbank, I immediately paid over R1 000 with an immediate payment, from my Standard Bank account to my MiGoals account. Then the homeloan debitorder could go through, but they also charged me a fee of R676.22!!!! It is when I wanted to call Nedbank about this that I was sent from department to department, and after the second department they still wanted me to call another department, the Complaints department. So I'm writing this out of pure frustration because I was already explaining over and over and then the consultant asked me to call Complaints. I was already on the phone for 30 minutes, in my working hours and on my own cellphone costs. So, complaining here will be cheaper and quicker.

When I spoke to the consultant at the Collections department, she told me that my account is actually in arrears since January!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW? Why don't I know it???????????????????

I want to know if Nedbank is willing to pay me back the R676.22. Please call me as I had enough of phoning you.
