Nedbank

I think people should really check nedbank,I feel like there is a bit if ****,since I started using their services I just experienced horrible service,I had app**** for a loan with them 2years back and I started having issues with payments on my martenity leave due to labour payments however when I finally got payed,nedbank did their debit orders and then when I followed up with them as they took everything from the account only for them to tell me that one debit order does not reflect on their side but on my bank statement it was showing until today I never received it back, however I continued with using their service but realized that everymonth I had R400 debit order amounts from Nedbank that they were deducting besides bank charges every month and decided to not use their account,however I got an sms saying I owe 4000 on my savings account and when I asked for what as I do not withdraw,or make purchases with the card and my debit orders were re-directed to Capitec never got any response
