Nedbank Centurion Mall - Useless branch

The most useless branch ever! I have a credit card with Nedbank, and have not utilised it for a very long time, but have been paying ridiculous charges monthly, however the balance is still no affected. So called in their credit card dept who advised I have been charged incorrectly and should visit the Centurion Mall branch to sort it out. I visited the branch last week Tuesday 24/11/2015 where I was assisted by Yolandi, who called her supervisor. The most useless supervisor ever who tells you \I don't know why the credit card dept sends YOU PEOPLE HERE!"Very obnoxious and useless"
