NEDBANK CENTURION MALL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

I really don't like going into the bank - I use the app or would rather call. Nonetheless, there are times when I HAVE to go to a branch

1st time going to the new Centurion mall premises; and WOW! Just WOW on the look and feel.

I believe there was a system issue and at some point the bank was filling up - so was my anxiety. Matshidiso was so proactive, friendly and professional - very client centric and solutions driven.

In addition, this lady still had the resolve and energy to assist her colleagues - I even asked her "why is everyone coming to you for help". And she took it all in her stride and with a smile on her face. #LEADERSHIP
