Nedbank Centurion is a Govt department

The review is for Nedbank Centurion mall.

I have been with Nedbank since I was a student andnever had issues with Nedbank, best customer service and query resolution - especially over the phone.

20 years later, my account was restricted and needed to visit a branch on Saturday . The place is ran like a government department, please view camera footage of 23/05 whereby we were still sitting waiting for help whilst staff packed their laptops and left.

I eventually received assistance after 12h30 and the lady said everything is sorted. Today is Tuesday, 26 May... Account pending activation. I am back at the branch to again experience poor service of consultants chatting whilst we wait - and still not able to access my funds.
