I need to understand why Nedbank debited me twice for my home loan, I woke up to +_ R30 000 out of my account I called countless times and was send from pillar to post imagine holding for an hour without any clear explanation or assistance. Worst part being told I need to write a letter to request for a refund. I’m out of options I need to eat
