Nedbank, CCD Couriers abusing us as clients

Nedbank gave CCD courier to deliver our cards but they are arrogant,, the driver returned 2km from my house with my parcel alleging that my place is high risk area,, they are killing peoples,, i asked him why did u take that work if felt unsave,, he shouted at me and dropped the call and told me to hell with you
