Nedbank caused me depression 😔

I am writing with dissatisfaction from the nedbank personal loan consultant. I received a call tonight at around 19h00 07 September 2021. I have been paying my personal loan very well, but when COVID-19 pandemic started last year I was affected at work financially, however I made nedbank aware of my financial issues, then I made an arrangement with them then I was given a payment holiday. I started making payments as soon as started getting an income with some months paying double what I was supposed to be paying. I also made an arrangement to pay more so I can be up to date with my payments, I even claimed from my insurance of which they pay a portion of the amount early this year if I'm not mistaken. In July there was no deduction for the loan on my account, however I made a manual payment and called them to ask why, of which I got a funny explanation that when they look at my account it showed that I am a cash payment customer, but they fixed it, then I also informed the consultant of me being affected by lockdown level as our company was closed, but as soon as I get my uif money as our company has claimed I will make a manual payment, of which I have not received yet. During the waiting I have claimed from my insurance, but they only paid a small portion of the monthly debit order. Today the consultant called me and spoke to me a a rude manner. She stated that she is calling me regarding my personal loan and asked me to confirm my details of which I did, but soon after that she asked me why did I claim from my insurance in a ride manner, of which firstly I took it lightly thinking maybe she will change her tone, and I explained my financially situation to her, then she told that it seems that I am getting lot of money and I am running away from making payments they will be making an automatic deduction from my account of any money which will be coming through my account whether I like it or not, she said this in a ride manner like a take it or live it. Firstly I am a human being, then i am a customer, if this is how you address all your customers then you're in wrong business. I have explained to her that after level 4 our company has opened but we are working short time which is 2 days a week, which makes it 8 days a month instead of the normal 22 days a month, then I will not be able to make full payment still, I can only make an arrangement to make a certain payment of the usual installment. To my surprise she said they will be deducting what they want since I have lot of money, as to where did she see that lot of money is surprising to me. Firstly I am a human being whom need to be alive for nedbank to get payment from me, but if they want to take what ever comes to my account it means my family and I will go hungry until we die because working less says mean nedbank will take all the income I will be getting from my company and I won't be able to even go to work as one has to pay for transport cost not to mention food for the family. Is nedbank this senseless, and less caring and lack empathy in this manner. Where is the customer service which I am use to, where is the spirit of Ubutu, I do acknowledge my debt hence I am willing to make an arrangement, I am emotional stressed after that phone call, as it means my family will be hungry and I do not know for how long. Is it your policy for your consultant to refuse to give their names to client, and to just hang up just like that while a client is still talking to them? This is depressing as I am struggling to sleep since the phone which I have just received tonight. If your employees are back to work full time it does not mean that every company is in full operation, COVID-19 has effected me negatively financially but I have been making and also arrangements, this is a first consultant from Nedbank whom has been this ride to me and caused me to be depressed and emotional drained and unable to sleep. I am very disappointed in the manner I was spoken to, and the way you communicate with customers, I am a human being who also deserve to be spoken too in a respectful manner whether I am owing you money or not.
