Nedbank Cashless Card Refund

We were obliged to get a Nedbank cashless card at the recent Nedbank Golf Challenge to be able to buy any food or drink as now cash or other cards were accepted. We were told we we could request a refund for any unused funds the following Wednesday 20 November. The refund request went smoothly but up to till today 26 November I haven't received my money back. This is not an isolated case as all our friends that went with us also haven't received their refund yet. Not only were we "forced" to get a cashless card otherwise we would not be able to eat or drink, but now Nedbank is takinkg there time to refund the money. On top of this they also charged me a banking fee for refunding my surplus funds. Is Nedbank funding the NGC with the interest and bank charges they ***** from us?
