On March 2021 went to deposit cash at Nedbank branch in Eastrand Mall to my surprise i captured all required information then ATM started verifying the notes Them POP screen appeared written Technical error then went inside the Branch to enquire the they said must call the Contact center of which did was give reference number of which was told will be called up until today no call still waiting for my money what service after 10years banking with them.
