Nedbank cash send a failure

Nedbank is failing to answer where is my money and assist me in getting my money back, on the 22nd of December 2022 I made cash send of R500.00 and the were issues in withdrawal so on the 23rd of December 2022 I cancelled the cash send and on the app it says I will get the money after 48 hours I have not received that money and all the departments I have called are unable to assist me, I received a reference number from them ***0.. Please help me
