Nedbank cash deposits

I made a cash deposit at the instant depositor machine at Nedbank on saturday afternoon. I had to make an eft for my rent. To my shock the money did not clear until Tuesday!!!! I phoned nedbank on monday (spent R80 airtime), and still no joy. I was put through and then cut off hence all my airtime gone!!!! So i went to fishoek branch and was told it takes 2 days!!!! Weirdly enough i was reading through their "youth" magazine while waiting and in there i showed the teller that nedbank states "cash deposits made at Instant Depositor ATM's are reflected in your account immediately". I still had to wait till tuesday for my money. I am so upset about this because I had to explain to my landlord and he didn't want to believe me!!!!!
